Privacy Policy
Updated 3 November 2026
We design branded merchandise and corporate gifts for global brands such as Pirelli, Samsung and Ascott. We protect your information with the same care. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have, in plain English.
At a glance
- We collect very little. We only collect what you send through our enquiry form or by email: your name, work email, company and project details.
- We use it only to respond to you and to deliver any project we take on together.
- No tracking. This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
- We never sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
- You stay in control. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected].
1. Who we are
Faisons Vision ("Faisons", "we", "us") is a Singapore company specialising in branded merchandise and corporate gifting. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy, and we handle it in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). In this policy, "Faisons Vision", "we" and "us" means Faisons Vision, Singapore.
2. What we collect
| Information | How we receive it |
|---|---|
| Name, work email and company | Our enquiry form, or emails you send us |
| Your requirements and message | Our enquiry form, or emails you send us |
| Project, delivery and billing details | Only once we work together |
| Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) | Processed briefly by our hosting provider to serve and secure the site |
Please don't send us sensitive personal data such as NRIC numbers, health or financial details. We don't need it.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals, samples and quotations.
- To deliver, invoice and support projects we take on for you.
- To keep the website secure and protect it from abuse.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
When you send us an enquiry, you consent to us using your details for these purposes. We will not use them for anything unrelated without asking you first.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside Singapore. When they do, we make sure your data receives protection comparable to the PDPA. We do this through contractual commitments such as data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 24 months from our last contact.
- Client and project records: for as long as Singapore law requires for tax and accounting, normally five years.
After that, we securely delete or anonymise the data.
8. Security and breaches
Our site is served only over encrypted HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to our team, and our accounts are protected with strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) as the PDPA requires.
9. Your rights and choices
At any time, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we have used or disclosed it in the past year.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Withdraw your consent, or delete your data where we're not required to keep it.
- Transfer your data to another organisation, where applicable.
To make a request, email our Data Protection Officer (details below). We may need to confirm your identity first. We aim to reply within 10 working days, and to fulfil access or correction requests within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may contact the PDPC.
10. Visitors from the EU and UK
If the EU or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on two legal bases. The first is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. The second is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running our business. You also have the rights to object to processing, to restrict it, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
11. Marketing
We don't send marketing newsletters, texts or calls. If we ever do, it will only be with your consent, every message will include a simple way to opt out, and we will respect Singapore's Do Not Call Registry.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If we make significant changes, we will highlight them here.
