How we work

Clear steps, one standard.

How a Faisons Vision project runs, from the first brief to delivery, and how we protect your brand along the way.

The seven steps

Step 1

Brief

You tell us the occasion, audience, quantity range, in-hand date and budget.

Step 2

Concept and range plan

We suggest items and a range plan that fits your brand and budget.

Step 3

Samples

We make physical samples of key pieces so you can see and hold them.

Step 4

Approval

Nothing goes into production until your team signs off.

Step 5

Production

We produce against the approved samples and artwork.

Step 6

Quality checks

Finished goods are checked against the approved sample.

Step 7

Delivery

Packed and labelled the way you need. We deliver to your office, venue or warehouse, wherever it is.

Who you deal with

One named contact.

One person runs your project from brief to delivery, so you always know who to ask.

Brand rules

Protected at every step.

We work from your guidelines, check artwork and colour before production, and sample where it matters.

If something goes wrong

We tell you early and fix it.

If an issue comes up in production or delivery, we flag it straight away with options, and put it right.

Quotations

Itemised and clear.

Every line is itemised, and delivery dates are agreed in writing up front.

FAQ

Common questions.

What branded merchandise do you make?

Apparel, bags, drinkware, tech gifts and complete event kits such as canopies, banners and giveaways, as a single item or a full range.

What do you need from us to start?

The occasion and who receives it, a quantity range and in-hand date, a budget per piece or in total, your brand guidelines and logo files, and any must-haves or things to avoid.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimums depend on the item and decoration method. Tell us your quantity range and we will suggest items that fit it.

How long does it take?

Lead times depend on the item, sampling and decoration. Simple items can move quickly; custom ranges need more time for samples. Share your in-hand date early and we will plan around it.

Can you offer more sustainable options?

Yes. We can suggest recycled, organic or longer-lasting materials and help you choose items people will keep and use.

Can you deliver to overseas teams?

Yes. We ship worldwide and can plan delivery to teams and venues in any country. Tell us the destinations when you brief us.
